
Brandon Knoth is a solo practitioner and member of the Kentucky Bar Association. Brandon handles a variety of cases, including criminal defense, personal injury, estate planning, and real estate law.
After graduating from Western Kentucky University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts, Brandon attended the University of Louisville School of Law and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2003. While in law school, he clerked in the legal department of Brown & Williamson Tobacco Company researching legal issues and writing briefs. He also clerked for a Jefferson Circuit Judge researching and drafting legal opinions.
Brandon served as Lyon County Attorney for eight years, where he represented local government on a variety of issues, as well as prosecuted thousands of misdemeanor cases to successful completion. As prosecutor, Brandon maintained one of the highest DUI conviction rates in Kentucky, successfully taking many cases to trial.
Today, Brandon is dedicated to his clients and using his experience to solve problems and reach solutions in a variety of legal fields. He and his wife Brandy are the parents of three daughters.
